Prism Montessori serves children entering PRESCHOOL through KINDERGARTEN (AGES: 2 years and 9 months TO 6 years)

Teacher to child ratio varies from 1:6 to 1:4. Children must be potty trained and be able to follow simple directions.

Programs Offered

Half day program:

Students attend school from 8:30 am to 12 pm, Monday through Friday. Throughout the morning, they are engaged in self-directed Montessori work time, exploring a variety of hands-on activities that promote concentration, order, and independence. Students are offered snack during work time. The morning is balanced with energetic outdoor playtime and interactive circle time, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

Full day program:

Students attend school from 8:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. They have lunch at noon, followed by a dedicated rest period. The remainder of the afternoon is spent engaged in a relaxed work session.

Extended day program:

Students attend school from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This option offers supervision beyond the regular dismissal time of 3:00 pm. Students are provided with a nutritious afternoon snack followed by creative exploration through indoor/outdoor play and art activities.

Kindergarten After School Program:

This program is for students enrolled in the early-bird kindergarten session at Stonegate Elementary School. Students are picked up from school at 11:20 am and they spend the remainder of the school day with us. Children continue their learning through individually tailored reading, writing, and math programs. In a relaxed Montessori Environment, the children are encouraged to choose work independently and become self-directed learners. Two program options are available – dismissal at 3 pm (school day) and 4:30 pm (extended day).
